CHALLENGE UPDATES
KICK-OFF
1, 2, 3 IGNITE!
In April, Girl MOVERS had their first Changemaker LAB session and started the kickoff. In a meeting in our academy in Nampula, they got to know the 7 challenges for 2021, the work teams, and the facilitators, tutors and partners they can count on during the process. The urgency on providing answers to the current community challenges was reinforced, and for an effective change, the key is local talent. Given the starting point, the first learning was Design Thinking focused on the human being and its process: empathize ; define; ideate; prototype and test. After getting to know the results of Changemaker LAB 2020 and watching the experiences shared by Girl MOVERS Alumni, it’s 1, 2, 3 IGNITE ! Our Girl MOVERS are ready to go and more motivated than ever.
